SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS:

1. DO NOT WASH: Material is made to last 10+ years without washing – Only needs to be dusted depending on environment.

2. CAN BE IRONED: Before display you may choose to Iron the wall hanging. Ironing should be done from the back-side of the material with a warm Iron.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:

1. FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS: For any products that are received damaged during shipping – it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. We will issue a full refund/replacement upon receipt of the product and inspection.

2. FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: For any products that are received defective – we will bear the cost of return shipping as well. We will issue a full refund/replacement upon receipt of the product and inspection.

3. FOR PRODUCTS NO LONGER NEEDED: For any products that are no longer needed – it is the recipient’s responsibility to take care of return shipping. We will issue a full refund/replacement upon receipt of the product and inspection.
